Virtual escrow is setup under a DRE brokers license only for California business and only for transactions that fall under your license. This is not a public escrow, It's just for your deals and your agents deals.

General ( No DBA and or corporation)
Copy of Brokers License
W-9
Legible Photo Copy of Driver's License of each signer

Corporations: (If Incorporated)
Articles of Incorporation
Statement of Officers/Corporate Resolution
Certificate of Qualification for out of state Corporations - if applicable
If using a DBA please send the DBA filing and proof of publication
Social Security Number for each signer

Sole-Proprietorship:
Business License
Fictitious Business Name Statement

Joint Venture:
Copy of Joint Venture Agreement
Fictitious Business Name Statement
If a Partnership is involved, copy of the Partnership Agreement & Fictitious Business Name Statement is required.

After you have FILLED THE FORM OUT AND SUBMITTED IT BELOW, we will contact you and email you a worksheet for you to fill out and submit to us.

Once these documents are received we will be in touch with you and schedule a training date. We will also be setting up a Trust Account in your name..
